Can only be played when you have the card titled I'll Do Anything For the Scoop, But... in your Ring area. Shuffle cards from your Ringside pile into your Arsenal and your opponent discards cards both equal to the number of Action cards in your Ring area.

As an action, this card is -5F when Pay Your Taxes, or Else... is in your Ring. Your opponent may remove 4 cards in his hand from the game. If he does not, search his Arsenal for 3 cards, remove them from the game, and he shuffles his Arsenal. As a reversal, reverse any Action and he removes the top 2 cards of his Arsenal from the game. When the reversed card is Rare or Unique, remove the top card of your Arsenal from the game.

Cannot be reversed when All the Things She Said... is in your Ring. You may discard up to 3 cards from hand, put the same number of cards from your Ringside into your hand, and shuffle up to the same number of cards from your Ringside into your Arsenal; you may discard 1 additional card for each Backed by Torrie and Candice in your Ring.
