If your next card played this turn is a High Risk maneuver and it is not reversed from your opponent's hand or Arsenal, shuffle your Ringside pile into your Arsenal; if it is reversed, discard 4 cards.

As a reversal, reverse any card with µrana' in the title or The West Coast Pop. When successfully played, draw cards up to the number of maneuvers with 'bomb,' 'power,' or 'slam' in the title in your Ring.
