Reveal your hand to your opponent and end your turn. The first card he plays on his next turn is -6F and reversals to that card are +15F. After he plays a card during his next turn or if he ends his turn without playing a card, he puts all cards in his hand on top of his Arsenal and then shuffles that many cards from his Ringside pile into his Arsenal.
