When your opponent plays a non-reversal card from hand and you have lower Fortitude or fewer cards in hand, you may reveal this card from your hand or Ringside, shuffle it into your Arsenal, and the played card is put on top of his Arsenal. You may choose a new Enforcer.

Cannot be packed by the Two Man Power Trip.
