As a maneuver, can only be played after a successfully played 2D or greater maneuver. Can only be reversed from your opponent's Arsenal when played after the card titled From the Top Rope. As an action, this card is -12F, shuffle this card into your Arsenal and then your opponent discards 2 cards. Doing this will cause no damage to him.
